1. Introduction
Welcome to Marivon. These Terms of Service govern your engagement with our executive training and business coaching services, digital offerings, and physical materials. By accessing or using any service provided by Marivon, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Executive Training and Coaching Services
Marivon offers tailored one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and custom programs designed to enhance leadership skills, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. Details of each program are provided on the website.
2.2 Digital Products
Our digital products include online courses, webinars, templates, and downloadable guides. Access is granted upon successful payment and may be time-limited.
2.3 Physical Goods
Physical materials such as workbooks, printed guides, and branded merchandise may be available. Delivery times and shipping charges are listed at checkout.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in the local currency at the point of purchase. Payment must be completed before commencement of any service or access to digital or physical products. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Services
Clients may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional charge. If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, no reimbursement will be issued due to resource planning requirements. In exceptional circumstances, Marivon may offer credits toward future sessions at its sole discretion.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital products may be eligible for a full reimbursement if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Requests beyond this period or after accessing more than 20% of content will not be processed. All eligible reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods may be sent back for inspection within 30 days of delivery if they are in unused condition and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Upon successful inspection, a reimbursement will be issued within 15 business days. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for ship-back or reimbursement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding provided by Marivon are the exclusive property of Marivon and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marivon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.
